As a Revenue Systems Administrator, you will be the technical driver behind our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) engine. Your mission is to maintain and optimize the systems that translate sales activity into financial reality, focusing specifically on Salesforce CPQ. This role is for an action-oriented technical expert who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Product. You will ensure that our product catalog, pricing logic, and revenue engine are built for scale and accuracy, discerning when to use out-of-the-box configuration versus complex custom models to keep Wiz moving fast.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the day-to-day administration of Salesforce CPQ, balancing strategic project work with functional support to ensure the continuous health of our revenue systems
Design, build, and test complex Price Rules and Product Rules to enforce pricing guardrails and ensure data fidelity
Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate Quote-to-Cash processes, reducing manual overhead and ensuring consistency across the Salesforce platform
Maintain and refine the Advanced Approvals framework to provide leadership with clear visibility into discounting and non-standard deal terms
Manage Order Form templates and conditional logic to ensure legal language and quote terms are accurate and seamless for the Sales team
Act as the primary technical support for Sales Ops and Finance, resolving complex issues related to quoting, renewal and amendment generation, and contracting
Participate in the full application lifecycle, from sandbox development to production, using Gearset Pipelines to adhere to our CI/CD protocols
Requirements:
4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Salesforce CPQ or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven hands-on experience with the core CPQ toolkit: Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approvals
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow
ability to build complex, high-performing automations while maintaining a clicks-not-code first approach
A security-first and data integrity mindset
An uncompromising focus on data accuracy, particularly regarding financial records, products, and transaction history
The ability to work independently to trace data discrepancies back to the root cause in a Price Rule or Flow and implement a permanent fix
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and tools (e.g., Jira) to manage work intake and iterative delivery
Ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical configurations and explain technical limitations to non-technical stakeholders
