Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and driven Revenue & Pricing Manager to manage and implement pricing and yield strategies and ultimately increase revenue growth in Australia as we scale up.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and implement pricing and yield strategies to drive revenue growth in Australia, including new line launches in 2026
  • Use the Revenue Management System to set and optimise prices, conducting pricing tests in coordination with the CML
  • Monitor and analyse market dynamics—cultural, competitive, and demand-related—to identify risks and opportunities
  • Analyse marketing performance and recommend marketing or sales actions to improve revenue on key lines
  • Support weekly and monthly Business Reviews by providing performance insights and analysis
  • Collaborate on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as the market scales
  • Stay up to date on relevant tools, systems, and technical developments within Revenue Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Commerce/Business, Mathematics, Statistics or similar from top-tier universities
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of pricing, analytics and revenue management with proven experience in analytics
  • preferably from mobility/travel tech/ startups
  • High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
  • Prior experience in analytics with good knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
  • Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI, Snowflake and SQL is a plus
