Job Description

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person: someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization

Requirements

  • Experience with Sales/Marketing Ops
  • Extensive usage of HubSpot
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
  • English proficiency
  • Experience working in agile environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Have interacted with Salesforce

  • Support the delivery of standard operating procedures for processes such as deal approval, territory adjustments, internal tool provisioning, and customer entitlements/provisioning
  • Improve the existing tool stack through configuration changes and updates
  • Review data quality issues raised by the sales team, using AI-powered data cleansing and validation tools where applicable, and ensure compliance with procedures and policies
  • Assist with generating standard sales reports, dashboards, and segmented lists for the broader GTM organisation
  • Help document and maintain sales processes, policies, and best practices
  • Assist with onboarding new sales team members on sales tools and processes
  • Conduct audits as necessary to ensure compliance
