Operate and optimise Frankieone's revenue operations engine, ensuring tools, processes, and data pipelines run accurately and efficiently. The RevOps Manager is hands-on: executing commission processes, maintaining and iterating on internal tools, building dashboards and reports, and providing data analysis support across Revenue, Product, and Go-To-Market functions. This role requires an AI-native operator - someone who uses AI as core infrastructure for building, analysing, and automating, not as an occasional productivity aid.
Job Responsibility:
Operate and optimise Frankieone's revenue operations engine, ensuring tools, processes, and data pipelines run accurately and efficiently
Own the end-to-end commission calculation and payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency
Maintain and iterate on existing RevOps tools: Deal Calculator, ROI Calculator, Indi Coaching Platform, Scoping App, and Target Accounts Module
Manage HubSpot optimisation, data hygiene, workflows, and integration support
Execute financial tracking and reporting integrations between HubSpot, Xero, and internal systems
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales leadership, pipeline reviews, and Monday morning meetings
Execute data extraction, cleaning, and pipeline work as part of the FrankieBrain data lake build
Provide data analysis support to the Product team (4 PMs), including product usage analytics, customer segmentation, and feature adoption insights
Build and maintain analytical views that support product-led growth decisions
Support the Head of Go-To-Market with performance analytics, campaign analysis, and market insights
Develop and maintain data models that serve multiple functions from the centralised FrankieBrain data layer
Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or optimisation solutions
Document processes, support procedures, and data dictionaries for all RevOps tools and systems
Stay current with best practices in revenue operations, CRM management, AI tooling, and data analytics
Requirements:
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or a related analytical role in SaaS or fintech
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred) including workflows, reporting, and data management
Data analysis skills: SQL required, Python/R preferred
experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Demonstrated AI-native working style: uses AI tools (coding assistants, analysis tools, automation platforms) as core workflow infrastructure, not occasional aids
Experience with financial systems integration (Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent) is a plus
Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and integration platforms
Strong attention to detail, particularly around financial data (commissions, revenue, contract values)
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders
Proactive problem solver who can own workstreams independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
Experience with commission calculation or sales compensation processes is a strong plus
