We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to own and optimize how inbound and outbound leads are captured, routed, and converted into pipeline. This role is critical to scaling our go-to-market engine. You will design and operate an AI-driven follow-up system that ensures every high-quality lead is engaged quickly, consistently, and effectively—without relying on a traditional BDR team. You will act as the connector between AI-powered systems and human sellers, ensuring that automation enhances—not replaces—sales effectiveness. This is not a traditional operations role. You will be building the engine that converts demand into pipeline, using AI and automation to augment sales teams and unlock scalable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end lead routing logic within the CRM
Ensure all inbound leads are assigned rapidly and systematically track human follow-up
Build and maintain routing rules (territory, round-robin, priority tiers)
Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted follow-up systems
Ensure every qualified lead is enrolled in structured, multi-touch engagement (5–10 touches)
Continuously refine how AI is used to: Generate messaging
Personalize outreach
Adapt sequences based on lead behavior and signals
Act as the bridge between AI tools and gr teams
Ensure AI-generated outreach is: Relevant
Timely
Actionable for sellers
Translate sales feedback into improvements in AI workflows and logic
Ensure sellers can easily engage with, respond to, and convert AI-generated conversations
Integrate and operationalize data from multiple sources (intent signals, contact data, inbound activity)
Structure and enrich data to improve AI performance and segmentation
Identify and resolve gaps in data flow, enrichment, and quality
Integrate partner data (certifications, partner-sourced leads, co-sell signals) into CRM/marketing workflows to improve targeting and visibility
Build visibility into partner certification requirements (Google, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) and track status across teams
Set up automated workflows to identify certification gaps and trigger follow-ups to ensure readiness
Capture and structure partner-driven wins, use cases, and proof points so Sales/Marketing can reuse them in-market
Partner with the Partnerships team to align certification readiness with GTM priorities and co-sell opportunities
Track and report on: Speed to lead
Lead-to-meeting conversion rates
Pipeline generated
Effectiveness of AI-driven outreach
Continuously test and optimize: Messaging
Segmentation
Follow-up cadence
Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and conversion
Build scalable workflows that reduce manual effort
Own the system that ensures no qualified lead goes untouched
Track partner-influenced pipeline, certification coverage, and effectiveness of partner-enabled campaigns
Requirements:
3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth
Strong experience working with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with automation and AI-powered tools in go-to-market workflows
Proven ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation with human sales execution
Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and performance metrics
AI-fluent operator: you understand how to apply AI tools to real business workflows—not just experiment with them
Experience with partner ecosystems and certification/co-sell motions is a plus
Systems thinker: you design scalable processes instead of relying on manual effort
Connector mindset: you bridge gaps between marketing, sales, and technology
Outcome-oriented: you focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity
Fluency in English is necessary for Québec-based candidates
