We are seeking a highly technical Revenue Operations Manager to architect, integrate, and optimize the systems that support our subscription-based revenue model. This role will serve as the technical owner of revenue platforms, acting as the bridge between IT, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure accurate, scalable, and automated quote-to-cash and subscription billing operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex system environments, understands API-driven integrations, and has hands-on experience supporting subscription billing and recurring revenue at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Own the technical architecture for revenue systems, including CRM, CPQ, billing, subscription management, ERP, and data platforms
Design, implement, and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to support end-to-end revenue workflows
Partner with IT to manage system security, access controls, data governance, and change management for revenue platforms
Configure and maintain subscription billing platforms supporting recurring charges, usage-based billing, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and proration
Ensure accurate invoice generation, payment processing, and data handoff to financial and revenue recognition systems
Support pricing, packaging, and contract changes from a systems configuration perspective
Lead the technical execution and optimization of quote-to-cash workflows across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems
Automate handoffs between sales orders, subscriptions, invoicing, and revenue reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, integration failures, and data inconsistencies impacting revenue operations
Own revenue data models across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
Build and maintain technical documentation for data flows, system dependencies, and integration logic
Enable reporting and analytics for subscription metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, expansion, renewals, and cohort analysis
Partner with BI and data teams to support dashboards and downstream analytics
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation and system enhancements
Evaluate and implement new tools, integrations, and technologies to improve revenue scalability
Lead UAT, system testing, and deployment for revenue-related system changes
Act as the primary technical RevOps partner to IT, Finance, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
Serve as the escalation point for complex revenue systems issues
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Technical Operations roles
