Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations leader who brings rigor, control, and operational excellence to the deal lifecycle — from pricing and approvals through booking, forecasting, and revenue integrity. As Manager, Revenue Operations, you will own deal desk operations and revenue control, ensuring that deals move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, governance, or compliance. This is a high-trust role for someone who sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership, and who can scale structure without slowing the business down.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end deal desk process: pricing, discounting, approvals, and booking readiness
Maintain Salesforce (and CPQ, if applicable) as the system of record for deal terms and approvals
Partner with Legal and Finance to streamline contract flow and eliminate friction in deal execution
Build reporting around deal velocity, approval bottlenecks, discount trends, and risk exposure
Ensure booked deals meet internal standards for revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting
Provide leadership with visibility into deal quality, not just deal volume
Define and enforce deal approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, and exception handling
Own close-process rigor to ensure clean quarter-end execution
Support forecast integrity by validating pipeline and late-stage deal assumptions
Act as a gatekeeper for booking accuracy and data completeness
Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal
Balance speed with control — enabling Sales while protecting the business
Continuously improve deal desk efficiency as deal complexity and volume scale
Partner with Finance on planning, forecasting, and audit readiness
Requirements:
5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Finance-adjacent GTM roles
Deep experience with enterprise deal structures, pricing, approvals, and contract workflows
Strong Salesforce (and CPQ or similar) expertise
high attention to data integrity and controls
Comfortable saying “no” — and explaining “why” — at senior levels
Trusted partner to Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership
Experience operating in complex, enterprise SaaS environments
