This brand-new role puts you at the heart of our growth story, bringing sharper insights and stronger predictability to our global team. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the foundational backbone driving Sparteo's commercial efficiency. Your mission is to architect, maintain, and leverage the data and reporting infrastructure that powers our Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams. You won't just manage systems; you'll transform raw data into a reliable Single Source of Truth and deliver the strategic forecasts and insights that directly inform executive decision-making and fuel our incredible growth.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain the Single Source of Truth: Own and manage revenue and sales data (Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success Management) to ensure complete accuracy, consistency, and reliability for all reporting and executive decision-making
Manage CRM Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain the architecture of our primary CRM (HubSpot) and connected systems, ensuring they align perfectly with our sales process, pipeline stages, and commercial strategy
Full Funnel Data Architecture: Own the architecture that captures, cleans, and standardises lead data and provide analysis of conversion rates between funnel stages
Forecast Model Management: Develop, maintain, and continuously refine our forecasting models and methodologies to provide leadership with accurate, data-driven revenue predictions and scenario planning capabilities
Build Executive Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain crucial dashboards and reports for commercial teams and executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, digestible, and actionable business intelligence
Strategic Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive performance analysis of key metrics (conversion rates, cycle times, win rates) to drive accountability and highlight operational bottlenecks
Identify Revenue Opportunities: Proactively analyse data trends, patterns, and anomalies across the customer lifecycle (from lead to renewal) to identify hidden revenue opportunities, flag critical risks, and inform strategic go-to-market adjustments
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations or a highly analytical commercial role, with a clear history of delivering fast, measurable impact through systems and data
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), data modelling and working with data reporting tools
