As we accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational architect for our most diverse European territories: DACH, Italy, and Iberia. This isn't just a 'support' role. At Arrive, Sales Ops is the engine room of our growth. You will have the autonomy to design the workflows, select the tools, and provide the insights that allow our regional teams to outpace the competition. Job Responsibility:
Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop territory plans, set quotas, and design incentive structures tailored to the specific economic landscapes of DACH and Southern Europe
Build and maintain localized dashboards that track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
Standardize sales workflows across regions while allowing for local requirements
Serve as the regional administrator for our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot)
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure regional teams are trained on global processes and have the localized collateral they need to succeed
Act as the primary point of contact between Sales and Finance, Marketing, and Legal to streamline contract approvals and lead-to-cash cycles
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment
Full professional fluency in English is required
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
A strong understanding of the business cultures, procurement habits, and regulatory environments within the DACH and/or Mediterranean markets
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have:
Additional proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is not required but a major advantage for supporting local stakeholders
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded
