Join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager, where you'll serve as the primary business partner to our Enterprise GTM segment, driving strategic growth and development. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—owning the operational rhythm of the business while proactively identifying gaps, influencing decision-making, and driving scalable improvements across the Enterprise funnel. This role requires someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, bring strong analytical rigor, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve performance.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the overall success of the Enterprise sales organization, ensuring sales execution and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for GTM leaders
Proactively analyze performance across the Enterprise funnel (pipeline health, conversion, deal velocity, forecasting accuracy, etc.) to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
Act as a thought partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, influencing strategy through data-backed storytelling and business cases
Support the Enterprise team with planning and operational requests such as annual planning, business reviews, target setting, and territory assignment
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Customer Success, and other Ops teams to support Enterprise GTM strategy and execution
Track and oversee projects, ensuring accurate sales reporting, metric analysis, recognition, and workflow monitoring
Drive initiatives to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and CRM governance within the Enterprise motion
Requirements:
5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations
Experience working with Upmarket/Enterprise segments, and/or Enterprise sales motions, including complex deal cycles and large account structures
Track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution
Demonstrated experience owning and driving operational cadences such as forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and business reviews
Strong analytical skill set with experience synthesizing large, complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations
Experience designing and implementing sales programs, initiatives, and strategies to drive growth and productivity
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority
High proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Hubspot)
strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment
