We are hiring a RevOps Engineer (Salesforce) to support and scale our go-to-market and customer operations. This is a hands-on, technical role responsible for building, administering, and evolving Salesforce across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. This role is not a traditional CRM Manager or Commercial Excellence role. It is designed for someone highly tech-savvy, execution-driven, and comfortable owning complex Salesforce systems that Sales and CX teams depend on daily.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and develop Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Design and maintain: Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), Validation rules and approval processes, Opportunity and pipeline workflows, Case management, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs
Own Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Ensure platform stability, scalability, and data quality
Implement and optimize workflows across: Lead → Account → Opportunity (Sales Cloud), Case intake, routing, escalation, and resolution (Service Cloud)
Improve handoffs between Sales, RevOps, and CX teams
Support pricing, approvals, and commercial workflows
Build automation to eliminate manual work for Sales and Service teams
Support and maintain integrations with: Contract / e-signature tools, BI and reporting platforms, Other GTM or operational systems
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues end to end
Partner with developers or build lightweight Apex/LWC when needed
Act as a technical partner to RevOps, Sales, and CX
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support releases, testing, deployments, and documentation
Ensure governance while maintaining execution speed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a RevOps Engineer (Salesforce)
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud AND Service Cloud
Strong expertise in Flow automation
Highly tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable owning complex Salesforce environments in production
Highly technical and execution-oriented
Enjoy building, automating, and optimizing systems
Comfortable being hands-on in Salesforce daily
Able to balance speed, scalability, and governance
Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adaptable and eager to learn

Nice to have:
Apex and/or LWC development experience
Experience with Case management, Omni-Channel, Messaging, or SLAs
