Job Description:

6-month co-op or internship starting July 2026. This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit. You'll be part of our AMER Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations at Mirakl is a cross-functional team that sits within the broader Sales organization. Its core mission is to drive alignment, efficiency, and scalability across go-to-market (GTM) processes—bridging Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure predictable, data-driven revenue growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports that monitor and steer Sales team effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights
  • Leverage AI to optimize sales processes—focusing on data quality, hygiene, and enrichment to power smarter decision-making
  • Support the development and refinement of forecasting models to predict sales performance and pipeline health
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations, contributing to process improvements that drive productivity and scale
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Marketing on projects that enhance platform capabilities and optimize GTM execution

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience using AI to enrich datasets and solve complex problems through querying and applied intelligence

Nice to have:
