We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Invoicing team at a highly successful investment management firm based in Boston. In this role, you will support the calculation, review, and preparation of both standard and complex management and performance-based fee invoices across a diverse client base. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with Client Services and Investment Product teams and engage directly with clients to address invoicing-related inquiries. This opportunity is well-suited for someone with 1–2 years of invoicing experience in the financial services industry who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Calculate, prepare, process, and review management fee invoices and supporting documentation, including base fees, performance/variable fees, and applicable taxes, using multiple systems and data sources
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate existing and proposed Most Favored Nation (MFN) arrangements and analyze their revenue impact
Respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams and external clients regarding invoicing and revenue matters
Support the preparation and organization of data for System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits
Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements, including a major platform upgrade planned for later this year
Review and approve the setup of new accounts in the revenue platform to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Develop and maintain clear process documentation for current workflows and future onboarding
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred
Prior invoicing experience within financial services strongly preferred
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with solid business judgment and interest in financial markets
Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow
Nice to have:
Experience with RevPort is a plus, but not required
