We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting the expansion of our mortgage vertical. Collaborating closely with Revenue and Product leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze large data sets, extract meaningful insights, and make actionable recommendations to fuel growth in our Sales organization. The right candidate will not only be data-driven but also possess a deep understanding of business contexts to strategically influence channel and growth strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target, quota setting and territory planning
Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning
Ensure scalable processes and systems are in place to support a growing mortgage sales team
Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards
Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
Track and analyze key performance metrics
Provide insights to optimize mortgage vertical performance by analyzing customer behavior, spending patterns, and identifying churn triggers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy
Experience working directly with sales leadership
Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods
Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools
