We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support global GTM teams across Transport & Automotive. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, managing Salesforce operations, and enabling accurate reporting and forecasting.
Job Responsibility
Manage pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and forecasting accuracy
Own Salesforce support queue (tickets, troubleshooting, access issues)
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
Audit data, drive clean-up initiatives, and ensure data consistency
Collaborate with global sales teams for process adherence and reporting
Support CRM migrations and strategic RevOps initiatives
Requirements
2–5 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / CRM Analyst roles
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, admin basics)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets + experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting, and revenue processes
Excellent communication skills with global stakeholders
