Job Description:

At Linear, we are on a mission to bring magic back to software. To empower product teams to do their best work, we are building an issue tracking and project management tool that combines UI elegance with world-class performance. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the tool of choice for 20,000+ companies to plan and build their products. Linear was set up as a fully remote company from the start. Today, our small but mighty team is distributed across North America and Europe. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and our passion for software craftsmanship. We are all makers at heart and care deeply about the quality of our work. Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design, own, and evolve the systems that power our sales, success, and marketing teams. You’ll take ideas from concept to execution, streamlining our tech stack, introducing automation and AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes, and building scalable workflows that help our customer-facing teams focus on high-impact work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and evolve our GTM systems to support sales, success, and marketing as we scale
  • Increase the productivity of our Customer-facing teams through automation, AI, and process improvement
  • Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion
  • Work cross-functionally with functional leaders to align on priorities, communicate plans, and ensure GTM systems support company goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in a Revenue Operations, Systems, or similar role
  • Expert experience with GTM systems: HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent CRMs
  • Clay, Cargo, or similar enrichment and workflow tools
  • Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms
  • Pocus or other product and revenue analytics tools
  • Experience with automation and AI
  • Comfortable oscillating between detailed system work and higher-level thinking about process, scale, and outcomes
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, adjust priorities as the business evolves, and make pragmatic decisions with good judgment and common sense
  • A strong partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
What we offer:
  • Interesting and challenging work
  • Work-life balance
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Employee-friendly equity terms (early exercise, extended exercise)
  • Stipend to set up your home office
  • Paid lunch and coffee during workdays
  • Work remotely, no commuting to the office
  • Paid co-working space/desk at an office
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (US)
  • Regular team events and offsites
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation
  • 4 months of paid parental leave
