Job Description

Build, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp targeting SME businesses locally and globally. Manage prospect list building, segmentation, and sequencing using tools such as Apollo, Leadmagic, Instantly, Salesrobot, and Mailpool. Continuously test and refine messaging to maximize replies, meetings, and pipeline growth. Operate and connect the tech stack (Zapier, Airtable, SEMrush, HubSpot) to ensure smooth data flow and system integration. Own and maintain HubSpot: data hygiene, pipeline reporting, contact management, and dashboard creation. Develop scalable processes, documentation, and automations to eliminate manual work as the team grows. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align revenue operations with broader business objectives.

  • Practical expertise with HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, and Zapier
  • Ability to connect platforms and build automations without constant developer support
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Gather and prospect leads independently, including through social selling, generating your own pipeline by making first contact via email and call outreach to develop sales opportunities with non-clients
  • Lead discovery conversations with prospects to identify pain points, quantify business impacts and understand frustrations with their current situations
  • Secure and then lead in-depth face-to-face and online video meetings with prospects to address questions, oppositions, and concerns
  • Increase sales velocity by aligning our solutions to customer pain and future-state impact, communicating the quantifiable value of what we offer, and consistently coaching clients on how to buy intelligently
