Cluster Revenue Manager role offering a unique opportunity to shape the commercial success of three closely connected yet distinctly different hotels. Based at the Akkerhage site in Ghent. Works across Marriott Ghent, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent, Courtyard by Marriott Ghent, and Residence Inn Ghent.
Job Responsibility:
Maximising revenue and profitability across the cluster by leading pricing, inventory and demand strategies
Combining market insight, performance analysis and forecasting
Taking ownership of revenue strategy across all four hotels, managing room rates, inventory and demand
Overseeing reservation management across a broad and varied clientele
Regularly analysing market performance, competitor activity and historical data to inform forecasting and pricing decisions
Developing optimisation models to support smarter inventory and rate strategies
Helping shape promotions and packages that drive demand and strengthen brand positioning
Auditing and reconciling financial and revenue reports
Supporting budget delivery
Contributing to digital channel performance
Clearly communicating the local revenue action plan
Requirements:
Experienced revenue professional
Comfortable working across multiple brands, systems and stakeholder groups
Strong analytical capability
Commercial curiosity
Confidence to influence at all levels
Ability to build trust
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to coach others
Experience in a multi-property or cluster environment is highly valued
