INSPIRE – Leadership Development Program - May 2025. During an 18-month period, you gain valuable leadership experience as a Supervisor in our Food and Beverage department. You have a customized INSPIRE Program Outline, with two types of structures: Cross-exposure – Rotate between several teams across our venues (Reign) and In-Room Dining. Specialization – Develop your expertise by working in one division, spending 9 months in each focus area before transitioning. Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor booking pace for all market segments and deploying strategies to maximize revenues
  • Retrieve/prepare daily Revenue Management reports
  • In collaboration with the Sales Team and the Director, Revenue Management, develop and execute pricing strategies and rate parameters for all revenue streams
  • Analyze competitive set pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace
  • Ensure daily communication between Reservations and Front Office regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group/Convention arrivals, sell out strategies
  • Liaise regularly with the Group Reservations Manager to ensure that contracted group blocks are open for sale via various booking channels, groups are being picked up and that potential attrition charges are communicated
  • Play an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan, Budgeting and Forecast process
  • Stay current with industry trends and how they may impact demand
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director, Revenue Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and/or Hotel Management degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering, IdeaS Revenue Management Software and GDS’s an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Excel required
  • Strategic thinking with a proven ability to mobilize theory into action
  • Minimum one year of Revenue Management related experience
  • Previous Front Office Management experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints

  • Good knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering, IdeaS Revenue Management Software and GDS’s
