The Revenue Management Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Revenue Management, will be responsible for supporting the Revenue Management team and organization with data, reporting, project engagement, administrative tasks and analysis across revenue management responsibilities including Pricing and Discount Strategy, Systems Development, Reporting Development and Project support.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Revenue Management Inbox oversight and processing of requests, escalating where appropriate, while being a decision maker for the most common requests that come through that communication mechanism
Support regular and ad hoc data and reporting needs of the field and corporate support functions including data and reporting for FinOps, Annual Pricing Process, Revenue Management Roundtables/field engagement and other organizational engagement strategies
Work cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, Product Management, and other departments to support customer and product pricing strategies with data and analysis to drive towards organizational pricing objectives
Review and analyze monthly financial results, including in-depth analysis of revenue and pricing performance across multiple regions and sales channels
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue management activities
Participate in and lead, when assigned, projects to advance the goals of the Revenue Management team and organization
Requirements:
BS in Accounting/Finance, or Business-related field
0-1 year of related experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Excel required including the use of pivot tables, building financial models
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and large datasets
Communication skills to interact with many departments and managerial levels within the organization
Analytical abilities to assess reasonableness of information collected/provided
identify trends, provide comments and recommendations
Clearly express results to operating management through schedules, tables, charts, and commentary
Ability to explain financial results/details to non-financial managers at field locations
Limited travel required

experience with PowerBi or other data visualizations tools a plus
