Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Korea Revenue Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the Korea region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Korea strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Korea business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Korea market
  • conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
  • devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales
  • manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates
  • build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business
  • ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients
  • recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team
  • implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
  • identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in tech
  • at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role
  • proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L
  • strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications
  • experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • fluency in English and Korean
  • passion about text-to-speech AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology
