Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven ANZ Revenue Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the ANZ region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the ANZ market strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our ANZ business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the ANZ market
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
  • Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business
  • Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in tech
