We are looking for a passionate and results-driven ANZ Revenue Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the ANZ region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the ANZ market strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our ANZ business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the ANZ market
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales
Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business
Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team
Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in tech
at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role
proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L
strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications
experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment
excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
