Job Description:

As a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable revenue dashboards that power execution discipline and forecast confidence across Dialpad’s global revenue organization. This role goes beyond reporting. You will build the analytical foundation for pipeline execution effectiveness, forecast performance, and RevOps OKR tracking — ensuring our revenue engine operates with clarity and accountability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable revenue dashboards that power execution discipline and forecast confidence across Dialpad’s global revenue organization
  • Build the analytical foundation for pipeline execution effectiveness, forecast performance, and RevOps OKR tracking
  • Analyze stage-by-stage conversion rates (by segment and motion)
  • Analyze pipeline velocity and time-in-stage analysis
  • Conduct slippage analysis (commit vs. close behavior)
  • Analyze pipeline coverage ratios (pipeline-to-quota benchmarks)
  • Analyze deal size progression and expansion attach rates
  • Analyze SE-involved vs. non-SE win-rate impact
  • Analyze forecast accuracy trends (commit vs. actual variance)
  • Analyze opportunity aging and risk scoring indicators
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track RevOps OKRs across: Forecast accuracy, Conversion improvement, GRR / NRR targets, Pipeline coverage, Adoption of operational standards
  • Automate OKR performance reporting
  • Ensure metric definitions are consistent and documented
  • Provide monthly and quarterly OKR visibility to RevOps leadership
  • Identify early deviation signals against OKR targets
  • Design and build executive-ready dashboards in Tableau
  • Standardize reporting frameworks across revenue segments
  • Develop intuitive visualizations for pipeline, forecast, productivity, retention, and expansion
  • Translate business questions into scalable dashboard solutions
  • Create reusable Tableau data sources and certified dashboards
  • Partner with data engineering and systems teams to ensure clean data pipelines
  • Validate metric definitions and ensure consistency across segments
  • Maintain documentation for revenue metric logic
  • Improve reporting governance and eliminate conflicting definitions
  • Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability
  • Reduce manual reporting and spreadsheet dependency
  • Build scalable dashboard frameworks that grow with the business
  • Maintain Tableau Server / Cloud content governance best practices

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of Tableau development experience
  • Advanced Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Cloud proficiency
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions)
  • Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or SaaS revenue teams
  • Deep understanding of dashboard performance optimization
  • Advanced data modeling in Tableau
  • Strong SQL proficiency
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures (opportunities, pipeline stages, ARR tracking)
  • Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: ARR / MRR, Pipeline coverage, Conversion rates, GRR / NRR, Forecast variance
