Job Description:

Medasource is seeking a mid-level Revenue Integrity Analyst to support a Charge Description Master (CDM) build as part of a system-wide Epic transformation. This role will focus on hands-on CDM maintenance, charge validation, and testing support rather than high-level CDM strategy or governance design. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone with strong hospital revenue cycle fundamentals who has supported CDM updates and understands how charges flow through Epic to billing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform hands-on CDM build and updates within Epic under the direction of Revenue Integrity leadership
  • Map legacy charge data into Epic, validating CPT/HCPCS codes, revenue codes, and pricing
  • Assist with charge configuration validation in Epic (Resolute HB and Charge Router workflows)
  • Support charge testing during system build and integrated testing phases
  • Identify charge discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
  • Validate compliance with CMS and payer billing requirements
  • Support go-live preparation and stabilization efforts post-implementation

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hospital revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience
  • Direct experience maintaining or updating a Charge Description Master
  • Exposure to Epic Resolute HB workflows (build experience a plus, but not required)
  • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, revenue codes, modifiers, and basic reimbursement structures (DRG/APC)
  • Experience participating in system testing or conversion projects
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting an Epic go-live or optimization
  • Familiarity with Charge Router functionality
  • Acute care hospital experience (preferred over physician practice only)
What we offer:
  • Competitive medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, Dependent Care FSA, and supplemental coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs
  • 401k plan that includes a company match and is fully vested after you become eligible
  • Paid time off, sick time, and paid company holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides services like virtual counseling, financial services, legal services, life coaching
