Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of RGM professionals
Drive revenue and ROI through smart pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategies
Strengthen pricing and revenue management across the full Coca Cola Hellenic portfolio
Build and optimize pack price architecture using insights and analytics
Implement the commercial policy framework (pricing, trade terms, Pay for Performance, ROI, promotions)
Deliver tangible improvements in NSR/UC, market share, volume, and shopper KPIs
Identify strategic pricing and value opportunities while acting as an ambassador for RGM across the wider organization
Requirements:
University degree
postgraduate qualification is a plus
2+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Pricing, Revenue Management, or related commercial roles
Strong understanding of commercial operations and RGM principles
Confident leader with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, fast decision making, and strong drive for results
Ability to understand customer, shopper, and commercial team needs quickly
Excellent communication skills, including at senior and executive levels
Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
Ability to act independently and shape the RGM strategic direction
