Job Description

The Revenue Growth Manager is the leading driver of planning and executing CCHBC's RGM strategies within the Commercial Team, specifically the development and full execution of our portfolio, pricing and promotional strategy as well as orchestrating our trade investments strategies. This role is key to ensure that the headline RGM plans are cascaded down to everyday actions in all 3 Commercial Functions and learnings are leveraged to drive sustainable revenue growth and improve quality of revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve annual revenue, revenue per case, gross profit and market share targets while improving CCHBC’s ROI on trade investments
  • Design and lead the implementation of RGM initiatives, so that they become everyday performance drivers within the Commercial Function
  • Create clear customer growth strategies and plans for our top 10 customers which step change our results in delivering category growth
  • Act as clear driver of alignment between the RGM team and other key stakeholders - national accounts, channel marketing and field sales
  • Ensure continuous tracking of company and customer performance versus plan on key RGM metrics and suggest timely course corrective actions
  • Act as a catalyst and work x-functionally in developing capabilities in understanding and executing RGM related initiatives across the full Commercial Team
  • Standardize reporting and analysis for revenue management (tools, processes and routines) leveraging Big Data to create competitive advantage
  • Build relationships with key personnel across the CCHBC Group and the Coca-Cola System to ensure we have access and awareness to all new RGM learnings and tools

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH)
  • Min 5 years work experience or other relevant assignment with proven track record and owned results ideally in more than one of the following areas: Customer Management, Portoflio Pricing and Promo Management, Trade Investments, Brand Management and Commercialization, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Insights and Big Data
  • Previous experience in leading teams
