As a Revenue Growth Manager – At Home Channel, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth within the At Home channel by shaping pricing, promotion, and commercial strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Insights teams to turn data and market trends into clear actions that improve revenue and margins.
Job Responsibility:
Lead pricing, promotion, and commercial planning for the At Home channel to support revenue and margin growth
Define and manage commercial investments, ensuring they deliver clear value and profitability
Support the development and execution of promotional plans aligned with channel and business goals
Translate customer, shopper, and market insights into actionable growth initiatives
Monitor performance, track key indicators, and adjust plans to maximize results
Work closely with Sales and Finance to assess profitability at customer and product level
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Support business planning and long-term commercial strategy for the channel
Requirements:
University degree
3–5 years of experience in revenue growth management, commercial analytics, sales, marketing, or key account management
Strong understanding of retail, pricing, promotions, and profitability drivers
Solid analytical and financial skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
