We’re partnering with one of the world’s leading confectionery businesses, a globally recognised FMCG brand with a portfolio loved by millions across generations. This is a business with serious heritage, but equally strong momentum. Privately owned, entrepreneurial in spirit and operating across more than 150 countries, it continues to invest heavily in innovation, commercial capability, and category growth. Now, as the UK business continues to evolve its commercial strategy, they’re looking to hire a Net Revenue Lead, a highly visible role sitting at the centre of pricing, promotions, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. This is an opportunity to step into a commercially critical position with real influence across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category, helping shape how the business delivers profitable and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and shape the UK Revenue Growth Management strategy across pricing, promotions and forecasting
  • Play a central role in guiding commercial decisions that directly impact revenue and profitability
  • Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain
  • Building clear commercial frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the business has the right strategies in place to drive both short-term performance and long-term profitable growth

Requirements

  • Experience within FMCG, ideally in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category, Sales Strategy or a related commercial function
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing, promotions and profitability drivers
  • Excellent analytical capability with the ability to turn data into commercially actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Power BI experience advantageous
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
  • A proactive, agile and pragmatic approach in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and bring stakeholders with you

  • Develop 3 years occasions led PPA (destination portfolio) that feeds into 12Q growth planning for the Business Unit, as well as clear direction into renovation plan needs for key categories
  • Validate Category SPI guidance & destination for key Brands, along with SPI compliance & focus needed
  • Run pricing models to provide recommendations on optimal price points across the portfolio and monitor competitive pricing activity and impact
  • Optimize channel-customer / pack mix and identify design for channel packs to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers
  • Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy
  • Evaluate customer trade terms structure and propose improvements to ensure alignment with portfolio strategy and act as an enabler for the market execution of the RGM program
