Now, as the UK business continues to evolve its commercial strategy, they’re looking to hire a Net Revenue Lead, a highly visible role sitting at the centre of pricing, promotions, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. Job Responsibility
Own and shape the UK Revenue Growth Management strategy across pricing, promotions and forecasting
Play a central role in guiding commercial decisions that directly impact revenue and profitability
Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain
Building clear commercial frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the business has the right strategies in place to drive both short-term performance and long-term profitable growth
Requirements
Experience within FMCG, ideally in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category, Sales Strategy or a related commercial function
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing, promotions and profitability drivers
Excellent analytical capability with the ability to turn data into commercially actionable insights
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Power BI experience advantageous
Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
A proactive, agile and pragmatic approach in fast-moving environments
Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and bring stakeholders with you
