Job Description:

The Revenue Growth Management Coordinator is responsible for leading the full pricing and RGM agenda across Brazil, the Caribbean, and South America. This includes price governance, pricing strategy execution, competitive price index tracking, price increase management, elasticity studies, and promotional calendar optimization. The primary objective is to maximize volume, pricing, mix, and the return on commercial investments. The role also oversees Trade Investment (DME) financial governance, ensuring ROI discipline, post‑event evaluation, and continuous optimization. Additionally, it is responsible for the financial assessment and approval of commercial agreements, customer allowances, and trade terms while ensuring full compliance with financial policies. The position leads customer-, SKU-, and innovation-level P&L analysis, supporting portfolio optimization, margin expansion initiatives, and innovation business cases. As a key finance partner to Sales and Marketing, the role translates data into actionable insights and supports AOP, Forecasts, Rolling Estimates, and other RGM strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead price governance, pricing strategy execution, and price corridor management across all countries in scope
  • Support list price changes, net price evolution, and elasticity analysis in partnership with Commercial teams
  • Own the financial governance of trade investments (DME), ensuring ROI discipline, post‑evaluation, and continuous optimization
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve promotional efficiency and mix
  • Conduct financial evaluation and approval of commercial agreements, customer allowances, and trade terms
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Own customer, SKU, and innovation P&L analysis
  • Support portfolio optimization, margin accretion initiatives, and innovation business cases
  • Act as a key Finance partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, translating data into insights and recommendations
  • Support AOP, Forecasts, Rolling Estimates, and broader RGM initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Spanish (“Portunhol” accepted)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Knowledge of pricing and elasticity models
  • Knowledge of Commercial & Finance concepts
  • Availability for international travel (approx. 1 trip every 6 months)
  • Strong cross‑functional interaction with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Experience coordinating multiple regional markets (Brazil, Caribbean & South America)
  • Contribution to RGM capability building and process standardization
  • Proactivity and strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial / Finance departments
