Job Description

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a technically skilled and curious profile to help us build, maintain, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work on development and automation projects alongside Revenue Operations and Revenue leaders to enhance our CRM capabilities and support our growth strategy. You will join a cross-functional team working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Data team to deliver reliable, scalable and impactful solutions. This position is an excellent entry point into CRM engineering and Revenue operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce data model to reflect business needs
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform
  • Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing
  • Incorporate AI into internal process to help daily operations

Requirements

  • Master's Degree
  • strong JAVA skills (or any other object oriented language)
  • basic skills on web technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript)
  • structured, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • keen to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • fluent in French and in English
  • motivated to join a scale-up and ready to take up the challenges it implies

Nice to have

  • familiar with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems
  • first experience (internship, academic or personal project) with Salesforce/Hubspot development or administration
