Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented strategist to build and scale our end-to-end content and AI enablement strategy for Sales and Customer Care. This role blends strategic leadership with operational execution, requiring skills in governance, lifecycle management, contributor enablement, portal ownership, and AI-driven systems to ensure customer-facing teams have access to the right content, at the right time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define long-term strategy for content governance and portal experience for Sales and Customer Care
  • design and implement role or moment-based AI agents using Rovo AI
  • lead AI agent development and governance
  • build scalable content governance models including taxonomy and tagging
  • manage content lifecycle (intake, review, publishing, auditing, retirement)
  • maintain standards for content quality and compliance
  • act as business owner for Sales and Customer Care enablement portals
  • improve content architecture and user experience
  • develop toolkits and training materials for content contributors
  • host forums and communications to engage contributors.

Requirements:

  • Strategic leadership and execution skills
  • expertise in content governance and lifecycle management
  • ability to design and manage AI-driven systems like Rovo AI and Confluence
  • experience in portal ownership and user experience design
