Revenue Cycle Manager, Baptist Jacksonville (Downtown) Baptist Jacksonville is currently hiring for a Full-time, Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at our Baptist Jacksonville (Downtown) Location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This opportunity is Full-time Days with occasional opportunity to work remotely. The Revenue Cycle Manager responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing all revenue cycle operations for both institutional and professional billing functions Developing and implementing strategies to improve billing, collections, cash flow, and reduce bad debt Managing the day-to-day activities of the Health System as they relate to revenue cycle functions which include but are not limited to front office services, billing, collections, accounts receivables and all patient financial services. Working with clinics or practice business offices on revenue cycle performance to meet short-term strategic goals and provides analysis and creates written guidelines, policies, and procedures in accordance with implementation of all work processes as a result of thorough analysis. Developing strategic plans and programs for the Revenue Cycle team, ensures that goals and objectives of the team are defined and established. Delineating, defining, and streamlining functional activities, ensuring effectiveness in maximizing the utilization of asset and people resources. Developing budgetary plans, programs, and guidelines to ensure the team's strict adherence with financial guidelines and requirements. Ensuring operating expenses are within the limits of budget plans and fiscal guidelines.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
3-5 years Hospital Experience Required
3-5 years Medical Billing Experience Preferred
3-5 years Insurance Experience Preferred
3-5 years Customer Service Experience Preferred
Knowledge base in ICD-10 and CPT4/HCPCS Preferred
Bachelor of Science Required OR 10 years relevant equivalent experience in lieu of education requirement (BA/BS) with a minimum of 5-year leadership experience
Certification: Must be obtained within 1 year of employment. Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) OR Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) OR Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM)
