Job Responsibility

Provides support and analysis to promote system and workflow improvements to maintain more efficient revenue cycle operations across the University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN)
Working with end-users, vendors, and internal information systems (IS) staff to provide insights into the business/clinical processes as they apply to the network systems
Close collaboration with UVMHN Enrollment and other network staff to ensure appropriate set up for billing and referring providers
