Job Description:

As part of the Ingka Centres, you will work in a team dedicated to transforming shopping centres. The role focuses on preparing financial analyses, managing overdue accounts, credit control, billing, and supporting financial processes. Strong communication skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are emphasized.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, support and follow up on strategies, processes and tools within area of responsibility
analysis of financial status of potential and existing tenants (credit rating reports, financial statements, etc.)
regular follow-up of overdue receivables (reminders, external collection, bankruptcy handling, payment plans, negotiation with tenants, etc.)
calculation of bad debt reserve for closings and budget process
handling of collaterals
addressing relevant tenant queries
billing

Requirements:

Attention to detail
accurate and results oriented
ability to streamline and simplify processes
strong communication skills
experience in a similar function
very good knowledge of English and Swedish (written and spoken)
proficiency in MS Excel
experience with MS Dynamics and Power BI (advantageous)
