Assist RMAS Revenue Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks, including but not limited to preparing for sales strategy meetings, report production; business transient and promotion rate loading; support system diagnostics and audits; implementing hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems; escalating technical questions related to the reservations and reporting systems to the appropriate support desk in a timely manner; and monitoring compliance with and participation in regional promotions and eChannels.
Job Responsibility

Assist Revenue Managers with the preparation for sales strategy meetings and reporting production
Assist in the implementation of the hotel sales strategy in the reservation and inventory systems
Escalate technical questions related to the reservations and reporting systems to the correct support desk in a timely manner
Assist with system diagnostics and audits
Monitor compliance with and participation in regional promotions and eChannels
Review and report parity issues within the appropriate systems
Support the administration and coordination of the department’s payroll processes
Use computer systems and software packages to input, access, modify, store, or output information
Enter and retrieve data from computer systems using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball
Address Revenue Manager’s needs in a professional, positive way and on time
Acts as a liaison, when necessary, with regional/corporate systems support
Inform and/or updates peers on relevant information in a timely manner
Speak to stakeholders and co-workers using clear, appropriate, and professional language and timely manners
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments

Requirements
A degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience
