Revenue & Collections Officer Location: Adelaide CBD / Metro, South Australia Sector: South Australian Public Sector (Government) Role Type: Ongoing (Permanent) and Term Contract opportunities About the Opportunity Are you a strong communicator who thrives on solving problems and helping people? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our government debt collection and revenue management teams in South Australia. Unlike traditional high-pressure corporate collection roles, government positions focus on ethical recovery, compliance, and supportive customer service. In this role, you will work with South Australian citizens and businesses to manage outstanding accounts, establish fair payment arrangements, and help individuals navigate their financial obligations to the state. Data & Administration: Accurately update customer records, manage account balances, and process financial transactions within secure government databases. Compliance: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to strict regulatory guidelines, ensuring fair and respectful treatment of all customers.
