Job Responsibility

  • Support actively and interact on frequent basis with our most strategic and key customers to provide them with white-glove service in relationship to their invoicing and billing.
  • Perform RCA on Invoicing and Billing structural issues and implement corrective actions in order to avoid them.
  • Review and validate financial related terms & conditions.
  • Provide support to Key strategic customers onboarding to guarantee smooth financial start.
  • Support Bad Debt reduction performance.

Requirements

  • You are familiarized with analytics and you enjoy working with excel and databases.
  • You are familiar with managing projects, identifying dependencies, owners and adhering to deadlines.
  • You like to deep dive into technical aspects to identify root cause of incidences and think out of the box to provide solutions.
  • You are customer oriented and strive to provide the best customer experience and connect with customers to understand their needs.
