We at Nova, are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a detail oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst be part of our successful Revenue Assurance team. You have a challenging mission to: safeguard revenue accuracy, enhance transparency, and strengthen data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and enjoys working with large datasets, automation tools and cross-functional stakeholders

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor, analyze and maintain Revenue Assurance controls and KPIs, identifying anomalies, inconsistencies and potential revenue leakages
  • Perform large-scale data analysis and reconciliation using SQL, BI tools and analytical datasets, transforming raw data into validated business insights
  • Conduct record-level data tracing and anomaly investigation, applying statistical techniques and pattern detection logic to validate revenue-related events
  • Design, build and maintain automated controls, alerts and dashboards that reduce manual handling and improve monitoring effectiveness and process transparency
  • Develop analytical data models and automation workflows that strengthen revenue validation, exceptional handling and periodic reporting
  • Support testing and validation activities for new products, pricing updates or system releases, ensuring that RA controls operate correctly after deployment
  • Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to enhance data quality, streamline reconciliation processes and improve overall revenue visibility
  • Prepare periodic analytical reports, dashboards and management presentations, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • BSc in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or another quantitative field (MSc is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data analysis, data modeling and data validation techniques
  • Comfort working with SQL, Power BI, Excel automation or similar analytical tools, with the ability to structure, transform and interpret large datasets
  • Experience working with big data environments, automated reporting or complex datasets, ideally within a data-driven role
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies, inconsistencies and data integrity issues
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing to a data-driven and agile working culture
  • A proactive, hands-on and result-oriented approach, combined with continuous learning and curiosity
