Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Revenue Associate to join our growing team in Clearwater, Florida. As part of a newly established department, this Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and high-volume environment within the life insurance industry. Recent graduates eager to learn and enhance their skills in accounting and data management are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Download commission statements in organizational or Excel formats and securely store them in designated digital locations
Utilize Outlook effectively, including setting up and managing essential rules
Communicate work progress and provide clear explanations regarding computer operations and processes
Shadow team members and participate in on-the-job training to understand company workflows
Maintain and organize frequently changing login credentials to ensure seamless access
Collaborate with Revenue Analysts by pulling commission statements for accurate revenue recording
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
Uphold a proactive approach to tackling challenges and streamlining tasks
Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field
Strong organizational skills to handle periodic changes in login credentials
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to perform calculations and data entry with speed and accuracy
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience in managing files and scanning documents
Familiarity with typing and email correspondence in a setting that requires attention to detail
