As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies
  • OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings
  • Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive
  • Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS)
  • Stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers
  • Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc.
