As a Revenue and Yield Management Analyst, you will provide problem solving support to Revenue Management with a focus on customer performance and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Assess customer performance and profitability and make recommendations
Ensure business needs are met and drive the continuous integration of pricing and storytelling into all deliverables
Assist in developing the general rate increase plan and application for the entire customer base
Assist with AIP (Account improvement program) and liaison with the RM pricing and sales team to ensure the actions are taken
Ensuring rigor and accuracy in all pricing analyses
Working closely with other departments to manage issues and recommend resolutions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Contracts, Legal)
Presenting recommendations and operating within delegation of authority and approval guideline framework
Managing customer compliance
Track and report on key pricing initiatives
Develop and maintain Revenue Management support tools to drive yield and profitability
Performing ad hoc analyses and operationalizing corporate pricing initiatives
Contributing towards the continuous improvement of processes to help drive efficiencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field
3-5 years of business experience or similar role
Exceptionally high computer skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel (with VBA programming), Access and SQL
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables
Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Organizational, Written and Oral Communication Skills
Ability to work effectively with high level direction, strategies and problem statements
Ability to comfortably interact with all levels within the organization to achieve desired results
Ability to prepare, present and speak confidently to analyses and explain results in written and verbal format to the team and non-financial individuals
Ability to manage a small project from beginning to end
Ability to take initiative

Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
