Job Description:

As a Revenue and Yield Management Analyst, you will provide problem solving support to Revenue Management with a focus on customer performance and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess customer performance and profitability and make recommendations
  • Ensure business needs are met and drive the continuous integration of pricing and storytelling into all deliverables
  • Assist in developing the general rate increase plan and application for the entire customer base
  • Assist with AIP (Account improvement program) and liaison with the RM pricing and sales team to ensure the actions are taken
  • Ensuring rigor and accuracy in all pricing analyses
  • Working closely with other departments to manage issues and recommend resolutions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Contracts, Legal)
  • Presenting recommendations and operating within delegation of authority and approval guideline framework
  • Managing customer compliance
  • Track and report on key pricing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Revenue Management support tools to drive yield and profitability
  • Performing ad hoc analyses and operationalizing corporate pricing initiatives
  • Contributing towards the continuous improvement of processes to help drive efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field
  • 3-5 years of business experience or similar role
  • Exceptionally high computer skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel (with VBA programming), Access and SQL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Organizational, Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to work effectively with high level direction, strategies and problem statements
