We are looking for a skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and providing actionable insights across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations. This position goes beyond traditional data reporting, requiring a proactive approach to analyzing complex data and collaborating with stakeholders to implement impactful solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations that support revenue-generating strategies
collaborate with leadership teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions to optimize performance
manage and improve data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability for advanced analytics
partner with the Revenue Operations Systems team to enhance CRM configurations and workflows for better data capture and reporting
design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators across departments
mentor and guide team members on best practices in data analysis and reporting
lead strategic projects and perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business needs
work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and align strategies with organizational goals
develop and implement innovative data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings effectively
support continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and optimize revenue operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
at least 5 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, ideally in the technology or education technology sectors
advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including expertise in creating reports and dashboards
strong understanding of revenue operations and the interdependencies between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with a strong analytical mindset
proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving change and improving processes.
Nice to have:
A Master’s degree is preferred.
