Revenue Accountant

• Serves as a subject matter expert on revenue accounting, including a thorough understanding of flows to cash accounts, financial statements, and ultimate posting to various reporting segments and divisions
• Documents and prepares reports on revenue data as reported from third parties for operational leadership’s viewing and approval
• Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations for revenue-related balance sheet accounts across entities
• Handles month-end closings, such as journal entry preparation
• Assists with accounting functions such as reconciliations, analysis, and other ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis
• Supports the culture of the Accounting team
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required
• At least five years of experience in an accounting-related role
• Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting-related field as a staff accountant
• Revenue Accounting Healthcare experience preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain an extremely high degree of accuracy
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• High degree of motivation, adaptability, and flexibility

Revenue Accounting Healthcare experience preferred
