Job Description:

Do you have an eye for detail and a natural sense of discipline? We are looking for a meticulous Returns Processor (Scanner) to join our dynamic team. At the heart of our logistics process, you will be responsible for the accurate evaluation of returned merchandise, ensuring inventory integrity and the efficiency of our internal operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive, sort, and accurately evaluate batches of returned merchandise
  • Perform key evaluations and assign appropriate declaration codes based on product condition
  • Use SAP / AS400 systems to perform searches, update records, and issue corresponding credits
  • Safely handle and lift boxes or objects weighing up to 30 lbs in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Perform other related duties to support the operational efficiency of the department

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail is essential to prevent processing errors
  • Proficient with computers
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, or similar inventory management software is preferred
  • Able to stand for long periods and regularly lift loads weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Organized, punctual, and capable of meeting tight production deadlines
