This role offers the opportunity to lead critical analytics and reporting that directly influence return trends and financial outcomes for the Moen business. You’ll investigate defects, partner across teams to resolve disputes, and drive returns‑reduction strategies through robust data insights and process improvements. Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute processes for recurring monitoring and reporting for Retail Returns including drivers, trends, and disputes
Analyze new and existing data sources in conjunction with a working knowledge of Retail contracts to identify and dispute returns for the Moen business
Support quality issue resolution by partnering with customers and internal teams (Sales, Returns Center, Operations, etc.) to investigate defects, resolve disputes, and improve processes and outcomes
Become an integral team member of the Returns Reduction Tasks force with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Returns Operations to investigate trends and develop processes & systems for reduction in overall Returns burden to the Moen P&L

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, the sciences, or related field. Commensurate experience will be considered
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and operations
Experience applying analytics to drive results and increase value
Proficiency in analytical/data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, etc.
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
