Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving returned items and ensuring they are logged accurately into the system
  • Inputting detailed information into the database to maintain accurate records
  • Once checks are complete, reaching out to customers to discuss the return status and next steps
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline the returns process and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:
