Job Description:

We are looking for help at Perth Airport to serve our valued customers. This opportunity in what we call a 'Return Agent' capacity will be for an ongoing casual role. As a Return Agent you are the first point of contact at our operations. This position is responsible for greeting our customer upon their arrival at our rental location. In this position you will assist with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle and vehicle details.

Job Responsibility:

  • Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their way
  • Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG’s vehicle damage procedure
  • Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand held devices when needed
  • Clean and prepare vehicles as per company standards

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence
  • This is a full-time position that requires opened availability to work days, weekends, nights, etc
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
