Job Description:

A Retrofit Engineer is responsible for assessing, planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of modifications to existing buildings, equipment, machinery, or systems. The primary goal of retrofitting is to improve efficiency, performance, safety, sustainability, or to integrate new technologies and functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and the specific systems being upgraded.

Job Responsibility:

Assessing, planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of modifications to existing buildings, equipment, machinery, or systems
Improving efficiency, performance, safety, sustainability, or integrating new technologies and functionalities

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/Btech
1 to 4 years of experience
Proven experience in an engineering role involving system modifications or upgrades
Experience in project management
Specific industry experience (building energy efficiency, manufacturing systems, aerospace, robotics) is often desirable
Crimping
Torque tightening

Nice to have:
