Retrofit Assessor

• Conducting comprehensive retrofit assessments on properties and identifying areas for energy efficiency improvements
• Evaluating the exterior and interior condition of properties, including assessing insulation, heating systems, and other energy-related features
• Recording accurate data regarding property condition, occupancy, and ventilation
• Providing actionable recommendations for retrofit measures and compiling the necessary documents used in the retrofit coordination process
• Managing your own workload independently and ensuring the timely submission of assessment reports

• Level 3 Retrofit Assessor qualification
• Strong, up-to-date understanding of PAS2035:2023 regulations
• Prior experience in ECO grant-funded projects, general surveying, or as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• General experience within the field for the Level 3 Retrofit Assessor course requirements
• Highly experienced in working under own initiative
• Confident in executing own work schedules
• Must provide own reliable transportation to travel between varied sites across North London
