Job Description:

The Retreat Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the Spa Hales and Public Spaces.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain cleanliness, set-up, and overall spa & Housekeeping standards across the Movement Studio’s, Fitness Center, Yoga Pavilion, Hales, and all spa areas
  • Ensure all public spa spaces, including restrooms, are fully stocked with guest supplies and amenities and presented immaculately at all times
  • Refresh and replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments throughout the day to maintain luxury service standards
  • Respond to all guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize comfort and satisfaction
  • Assist guests with the use, set-up, and basic operation of fitness machines and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Requirements:

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
